Schedule of Events

6:00pm

Check in and grab your bingo cards and drinks! Treat yourself to dinner catered by Saladelia and dessert provided by Sabor Latin Grill. Commemorate the evening with a photo of you and your ghost busting crew at the photo booth. Bid on incredible silent auction items from our community sponsors and wine a bottle of Wine or spirits in our Spirit Pull. The costume contests will take place just before the first round of bingo! Come cheer for your favorite get-up and see the first few winners be crowned. Costume contest categories for this year are:

• Best Group Costume

• Best Couple’s Costume

• Funniest Costume

• Scariest Costume

• People’s Choice Award

and winners will receive prizes!

7:00pm

And away we go! We play ten rounds of bingo total, and we will start our first round after the costume contests. We play standard bingo rules— the first player to get five in a row, either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, wins and shouts “BINGO!” There will be a short break following each round as we check the winner and hand out prizes.

8:00pm

We will take a brief intermission after round five to allow folks to take more photos, get more snacks and drinks. Enjoy the signature cocktails, and popcorn provided by Mad Popper.

9:00pm

After ten rounds of standard Bingo, you will have the option to play Music bingo, totally free!

10:00pm

Event concludes.
