6:00pm

Check in and grab your bingo cards, carnival tickets and drinks! Treat yourself to dinner catered by Saladelia. Don’t miss the carnival games— another great chance to win prizes! Bid on incredible silent auction items from our generous donors. The first costume contest (Group/Couples) will take place just before the first round of bingo! Come cheer for your favorite get-up and see the first few winners be crowned. Costume contest categories for this year are:

• Best Group/Couples Costume

• Funniest Costume

• Scariest Costume

• Best DIY/Creative Costume

7:00pm

And away we go! We play ten rounds of bingo total, and we will start our first round after the group/couple costume contest. We play standard bingo rules— the first player to get five in a row, either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, wins and shouts “BINGO!” There will be a short break following each round as we check the winner and hand out prizes.

8:00pm

We will take a brief intermission after rounds four and seven to allow folks to take more photos, get more snacks and drinks. Enter yourself in one of the last three costume contests (Funniest, Scariest, and Best DIY/Most Creative). In addition to prizes given out for Bingo, we also have prizes for our costume contests!
